What this site collects, and what it doesn’t.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics, self-hosted at plausible.diegowiseheart.com. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool. It does not use cookies. It does not collect personal data. It does not track you across sites. It does not build a profile of who you are.
What it does collect: aggregate page views, referral sources, browser type, country of origin, and device type. This data is used to understand how the site is used. It cannot be tied to any individual visitor.
No data is shared with third parties. The analytics server is owned and operated by Diego Jiménez Wiseheart.
Contact Form
The contact form on this site is processed by Formspree. When you submit a message, your name, email address, and message content are sent to Formspree’s servers and forwarded to desk@diegowiseheart.com. Formspree’s privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, sold, or shared with third parties.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the email newsletter, your email address is stored by Buttondown. It is used solely to send you occasional updates when new writing is published. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Cookies
This site does not set cookies. No cookie consent banner is needed because there is nothing to consent to.
Third-Party Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log the request, but no cookies are set and no personal data is collected by this site through font loading. Google’s privacy policy applies to their services.
No other third-party scripts, trackers, pixels, or advertising networks are used on this site.
Your Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data this site holds about you.
If you are a California resident, you have similar rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
In practice, the only personal data this site may hold is your email address (if you subscribed to the newsletter) or the content of a message you sent through the contact form. To exercise any of these rights, email desk@diegowiseheart.com.

Analytics data is stored on a self-hosted server controlled by Diego Jiménez Wiseheart. No third party has access.
Newsletter subscriptions are stored by Buttondown.
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered via email.
No data is stored on the diegowiseheart.com web server itself.
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will be posted here with a revised date. There will be no notification unless the change is material.
